Adjective and its Classification:

Adjective: কোন ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর দোষ, গুণ, অবস্থা, সংখ্যা, পরিমাপ, আকার , আকৃতি, বর্ণ বা রং প্রকাশ করে ।

1.Proper Adjective   : কোন স্থান থেকে উৎপাদিত বা আগত :Bengali, Pakistani, Nepalese, Chinese, Italia, Indian, , American, Mexican, etc.

 

2.Adjectives of Quality/ Description/ Attribute: কোন ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর দোষ বা গুণ

Honest, kind, helpful, crazy, delicious, good, nice, pretty, dark, bright, ugly, beautiful, silly, filthy, annoying. Smart, rich, efficient.

 

3.Adjectives of Quantity, 

Whole, Enough, Little, All, Hundred, No, Some, Sufficient,Enough, Many, much, Something, Nothing, Anything, Two, six.

 

4.Numeral Adjectives:

One, Two, three, 4, 5, 6, first, second, third, 4^th, Single, Double, triple, multiple.

 

5.Pronominal Adjectives: (5 in kinds)

 

a.Demonstrative Adjectives:  This, that, these, those,

 

b.Distributive Adjectives:    Each, every, either, neither, any, one, both.

 

c.Possessive Adjectives:  My, your, his, her, its, our, their, and whose.

 

d.Interrogative Adjectives: Who, which, what, whom, why, when, where

 

e.Relative  Adjectives:   who, whom, whose, which and that.
